Getting the Most Out of JEETU, Your AI Companion

JEETU isn't just a transcription engine. Learn the prompts, habits, and workflows that unlock its full potential.

JEETU โ€” Memobox's AI companion โ€” is designed to be proactive, not reactive. Most users unlock a fraction of its capability in the first week. Here's how to level up fast.

Start with Brain Dumps

Don't curate before you speak. The biggest mistake new users make is trying to be organised before they hit record. JEETU is built to handle raw, messy thoughts. Speak everything on your mind; let JEETU extract the structure.

A two-minute voice note at the start of your day โ€” your worries, your goals, your random ideas โ€” gives JEETU enough signal to surface relevant reminders and task suggestions throughout the day.

Use Category Intents

You can guide JEETU lightly with intent phrases:

  • "Remind me to..." โ†’ triggers a time-aware reminder
  • "Task:" โ†’ creates an action item immediately
  • "Note on..." โ†’ saves as a reference note, not a task
  • "Plan with the team..." โ†’ initialises a collaborative plan

You don't need to memorise syntax. JEETU understands natural language. These phrases just help when you want predictable output.

Review Your Weekly Digest

Every Sunday, JEETU generates a Weekly Digest โ€” a summary of what you captured, what you completed, and what's still open. This is the highest-leverage five minutes of your week. Use it to reprioritise, spot patterns in your thinking, and celebrate progress.

Set Your Working Hours

JEETU respects your time. In Settings โ†’ Working Hours, tell it when you're available. It will batch non-urgent nudges and hold reminders until you're back online.

Collaborate Intentionally

When you create a collaborative plan, add teammates early. JEETU assigns tasks and tracks updates in real time. The fewer the hand-offs through chat apps, the better.

The goal isn't to use JEETU more โ€” it's to think less about organisation and more about the work itself. Start there.
